Beverly Ann Kress

Beverly Ann Kress, age 77 of Campbellsburg, passed away, Tuesday, November 28 surrounded by her family at the University of Louisville Hospital.

Mrs. Kress was born July 11, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of Forest Stison and Dorothy Harshfield Wells. She was a employee of Smith Cabinet (Childcraft) for 33 years. Beverly enjoyed crocheting, reading books, and spending time with family.

She is survived by two sons: Chuck Childers (Michelle) and Ed Childers both of Campbellsburg, four grandchildren: Melissa Brock (Seth), Tausha Terrell (Dustin Hall), Jacob Terrell (Allison), and Hunter Childers, two great-grandsons: Bentley and Bolten Morrow, her aunt: Myra Hayes, and several cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Bob Kress, grandparents: Earl and Mary Harshfield and her parents.

Funeral services will be at 1PM Monday at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Campbellsburg. Visitation will be held Monday from 10AM-until time of service.
