Barbara Ellen McCutcheon

Barbara Ellen McCutcheon, age 86 of Fredericksburg, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Ms. McCutcheon was born on November 9, 1937, in Washington County, the daughter of Howard Gilstrap and Lucille Voyles Gilstrap. She was a member of the Fredericksburg Church of Christ. 

Ms. McCutcheon is survived by her son, Bryan McCutcheon (Brooke) of Fredericksburg, her daughter, Debra Voyles (Denny) of Floyd Knobs, her sisters: Karen Roll of Fredericksburg and Gloria Balentine of Borden, 9 grandchildren: Stephanie Taylor, Kailee Magner, Zachary McCutcheon, Tristen Williams, Jeremy McCutcheon, Leah Crone, Cory Nesmith, Amy Weilbaker and Casey Nesmith, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Ms. McCutcheon is preceded by her parents, a son: Mark McCutcheon, her brother, Larry Gilstrap, a grandson, Carson McCutcheon, and a granddaughter Jessica McCutcheon. She was also preceded in death by the father of her children Dwayne McCutcheon.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 6 at Kansas Church at 1:00P.M. Visitation will also be at the church from 12:00 until the time of service. Burial will take place at Kansas Cemetery immediately after the funeral service.
