Mr. Arville White age 68 of Borden passed away Monday, September 1 at the home of his son.
Mr. White was born March 22, 1946 in Buchanan County, Virginia the son of Mack and Bertha White. He was a retired employee of Kimball Office Furniture and was a driver for Manheim Louisville Auto Auction. He was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.
Arville was preceded in death by his wife: Violet Lou White on May 19, 2013, his father: Mack White, a sister: Maxine Norris, and a granddaughter: Tracy Ritter.
He is survived by a son: Keith Hall (Kim) of Pekin, five daughters: Sherri Ritter of Clarksville, Terri Beckett (Randy) of Sellersburg, Bobbi Mitchell (Allen) of Salem, Joyce Slaughter (Aaron) of Jeffersonville and Jennifer White (Chris Evans) of Pekin, his mother: Bertha Clifton of Pekin, a sister: Delores Greene (Ralph) of Pekin, 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 10AM-3PM.
