Anita (Clark) Zink

Anita Zink,87, passed away September 1 at her home in Reno, Nevada.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 9th at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home with Jim Applegate officiating.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday from 11AM-1PM.

Anita was born in Salem to Ray and Louise Clark on August 18, 1930.  She graduated from Salem High School in 1948.  She was a member of the Canton Christian Church.  Anita was a long-time employee in the administrative offices of Baird Mobile Homes.

Preceding her in death was Victor I. Zink, her husband of 54 years, her parents, and her brother LeRoy Clark.

In 2007, Anita relocated to Reno, Nevada to be nearer to her surviving son:  Steven D. Zink and his wife, Lois (Bowers) Zink.  Anita is also survived by her elder grandson Joel Zink and his wife Paige Melvin Zink of Altadena, California; her younger grandson Ryan Zink and his fiancée Amanda Ventura of Phoenix, Arizona; her sister, Janet (Clark) Skelton of Salem, three nieces and four nephews.  She is also survived by her dear friend, Jeannette Eden of Reno, Nevada.
