Dakota D Tipton

Dakota D. Tipton, age 20, of Marengo, passed away Thursday, March 23 at Harrison  County Hospital in Corydon.

Dakota was born July 26, 2002, at Clark Memorial Hospital, the son of Timothy S.  Tipton and Francine Ray Arnold.  He was a graduate of Crawford County High School, Class of 2021.  He was an employee of Haas Cabinet and was an avid hunter, fisherman and Florida Gators fan.  He was a member of Elevation Church Ministries.

He is survived by his parents:  Tim Tipton of Salem, and Francine and Eddie Arnold of Marengo, his fiancé:  Brianna Ash of English, two brothers:  Zachary Arnold (PJ Priest) of Owensboro, Kentucky and Kameron Kesterson of Paoli, Indiana, two sisters:  Sierra Tipton of Salem and Elizabeth Arnold (Bailey Henderson) of Owensboro, Kentucky, grandparents:  Larry and Diane Tipton of Salem, Danny and Kathy Ray of Salem, Susan Hammons of Salem, and Dorothy Arnold of Somerset, Kentucky, one niece:  June Elizabeth Henderson, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents:  Lloyd Eddie Arnold and Henry Hammons.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in El Bethel Baptist Cemetery in Milltown.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
